Returns & Exchanges

We want you to feel confident shopping with us. If you're not fully satisfied with your purchase, you may return or exchange it within 7 days of receiving your order.

New Customers:
You can return or exchange any item within 7 days of receiving your order—no questions asked.

Returning Customers:
To protect our small business from return abuse, we allow refunds or exchanges for up to 3 items per month.

Please Note:
Sale, Clearance, and Live Sale items are non-refundable, but may be exchanged or returned for store credit within 7 days.

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know whether the refund has been approved.

  • ✅ If approved, your refund will be automatically issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.

  • 💳 Please note: It may take additional time for your bank or credit card provider to process and post the refund to your account.

Exchanges

The fastest way to get the item you want is to return the item you have.
Once your return is accepted, you can place a new order for the desired item separately.

Shipping Information

🌎 Do you ship internationally?

Yes! We ship worldwide, except to a few countries with customs restrictions: Mexico, Turkey, and Iran.

We assist with any necessary paperwork, but customers are responsible for understanding their country's customs regulations.

📦 Shipping Rates:

  • USA: $7 flat rate or FREE on orders over $100

  • Canada: $20 or FREE on orders over $200

  • International: $50+ or FREE on orders over $500 (via UPS)

📬 Tracking:

You’ll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number once your order is shipped.

⏱ Delivery Time:

Orders ship within 3–5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). Delivery time varies by destination.
